We work in shifts to deliver super clean strollers and child car seats back to you on the very next workday afternoon between 1pm to 6pm, if we pick them up in the morning.
For items dropped off at our VivoCity store, we will deliver back to you 2 workdays later, between 1pm to 6pm.

Our services are provided on a best efforts basis for troubled stains (aged or has been treated with other chemical solutions) – we will not be held responsible in the event that we are unable to clean, remove stains, or otherwise restore any surface, fabric, or condition on your item(s).

Also, it is good to send for PramWash before and after storage.
Finally, if your baby just had a little vomit, poop, pee incident, pls send it to us right away. The earlier we clean, the closer the item can get back to its original condition.First thing first, remove any valuable that was left in the side pockets or basket. Thereafter ensure you don't send in extra items that are not in the standard kit for the baby gear, as these items will incur additional charge for wash.
Do a self inspect of the safety, functional and aesthetic for all baby gear. Ensure child car seat has not expired or had any impact. Ensure all movement parts, folding parts, seat belt harness are intact and good for use. Also, note down as visual scratches, dent, or cracks by taking a photo.

If you need to store for a few days, please open the bag and let your items air. Do not keep in the store.
If you need to store for months / years, please air the items for a week before storing them in bag provided. Note that the freshness will deteriorate due to Singapore climate, recommend to send for a wash with us after long storage.
