For $25 per item, we will tune-up your item by lubricating hinges/screws, tightening screws, check suspension, axles, handles bar, buttons, brakes, buckles, fabrics via a thorough assessment. This will extend its lifespan and ensure safety and cleanliness is of highest standard. For maintenance servicing, it only takes about 30 mins.

  2. Harness/ strap correction
  3. Screws/ bolts tightening 
  4. Lubricating hinges/ joints/ wheels
  5. Other aesthetics/ functional/ safety checks

 

note: this servicing doesn’t repair broken parts. 

Our home pickup and return delivery is at additional $30 regardless of the number of items. 

We work in shifts to deliver super clean strollers and child car seats back to you on the very next workday (Monday to Saturday) afternoon between 1pm to 6pm, if we pick them up in the morning.

For items dropped off at our VivoCity store, we will deliver back to you 2 workdays later, between 1pm to 6pm.

For items dropped off at our TradeHub 21 store, we will deliver back to you on the next workday later, between 1pm to 6pm.

Same day express return delivery is available at a competitive rate, 50% premium on top of regular wash prices and subject to standard deliver fees. We will collect before 10am and return between 6pm to 9pm.
