The drop off and delivery service was convenient. The cleaning was quite impressive, considering that it was stained with stool. It came back looking like almost new.
It could garner a 6 star if the store can help out with removing the car seat from the car as it has been in the car for almost 1 year plus without removing. The staff might be familiar in removing the seat.

Customer service was great, the receptionist was chirpy and staff were expecting us during dropoff despite the short notice from us. Pram was delivered back to our home after a few days due to the long weekend. The pram seat looked new and the wheels were cleaned. Thank you!
