Which cleaning package should I choose? β–Ύ

Use the condition of your gear as your guide:

  • Essential Clean ($39 / $59) β€” A quick 30-minute express sanitise done at our store. Great for a light refresh between deep cleans. No stain treatment or wheel cleaning.
  • Deep Clean ($79 / $119) β€” Routine upkeep with vacuuming, wipe-down, sanitisation, light stain treatment, and wheel rim wipe.
  • Ultimate Clean ($99 / $149) β€” Everything in Deep Clean, plus a full fabric machine hydro-clean. Ideal for a thorough refresh without a full wet wash.
  • Bright Wash ($99 / $149) β€” A brightening wet wash that removes invisible dyes, chemical coatings, and bacteria build-up. Best for first-time PramWash customers.
  • Intensive Wash ($129 / $169) β€” For heavily soiled gear with stubborn stains. Includes all Bright Wash treatments plus enhanced wheel cleaning.
  • Ultra Wash ($159 / $199) β€” For severe cases: vomit, poo/pee accidents, mould, or pest infestations.

Are there any promotions or discounts? β–Ύ

First-time members: Sign up for a PramWash account and receive 1,000 welcome points ($10 off) your first order.

Multi-session discount: Get 10% off when you purchase 5 or more wash sessions in a single order. Sessions are valid for 12 months from purchase. T&Cs apply.

Group / bulk bookings: For 50 items or more, enjoy a 10% group discount. Contact us for an exclusive group buy code (valid 1 month; sessions valid 12 months from purchase).

Can I extend the expiry of my voucher or wash package? β–Ύ

All vouchers and packages have a default 1-year validity. Extensions are reviewed case by case. If approved, an admin fee of $20 applies. WhatsApp us at 8686 8001 to request one.

How long does the wash take? β–Ύ
  • 🧴 Essential Clean β€” 30 minutes at our store. Walk-ins welcome.
  • ✨ All other packages (Deep / Ultimate / Bright / Intensive / Ultra) β€” typically 1–4 working days, returned via delivery or store collection.
  • ⚑ Super Express (same-day return) β€” available for select packages, subject to slot availability. WhatsApp us at 8686 8001 to check.
Do you offer maintenance servicing? β–Ύ

Yes. Our servicing add-on ($25 per item) covers:

  • Tyre pressure check
  • Harness and strap adjustment
  • Screws and bolts tightening
  • Lubrication of hinges, joints, and wheels
  • Visual safety and functional inspection

We do not carry spare parts or provide full mechanical repairs.

How do I place an order? β–Ύ
  1. Go to www.pramwash.com
  2. Assess your gear's condition and choose a cleaning package
  3. Select your preferred store location or home pickup option
  4. Pick your date, time, and wash frequency, then add to cart
  5. Repeat for additional items, then proceed to checkout

For walk-in Essential Clean sessions, no prior booking is needed β€” just come during our opening hours.

What payment methods do you accept? β–Ύ

We accept all major credit cards and PayNow. Cash on delivery is not available β€” full payment must be completed before pickup or before the session begins.

Paying via PayNow: Transfer to UEN: 201707074R (PramWash Pte Ltd) and enter your Invoice Number in the Reference/Remarks field. Your order is confirmed only once full payment is received.

Can I reschedule, amend, or cancel my order? β–Ύ

Yes β€” WhatsApp us at 8686 8001 for any changes.

  • Rescheduling pickup date or time slot: Give us at least 48 hours' notice. Additional charges may apply for a second or subsequent pickup trip.
  • Rescheduling your wash session: You can reschedule any time within 1 year from your order date. Our booking system shows dates up to 355 days ahead; for later dates, just WhatsApp us.
  • Cancellation & refund: Full refund if you notify us at least 2 days before your scheduled drop-off or pickup date. Cancellations with less than 2 days' notice are non-refundable, but your order remains valid for 12 months from purchase. Unused or expired orders cannot be refunded or extended.
How do I set up a recurring wash? β–Ύ

On any product page, select the recurring wash option and choose a 1, 2, or 3-month interval. When each scheduled wash is due, we'll process the order and charge your saved payment method automatically. You'll receive an order confirmation email each time.

Do you cater to corporate or event bookings? β–Ύ

Yes! Email kenneth.tan@pramwash.com with the following:

  1. Event date
  2. Event type (e.g. family day, roadshow)
  3. Estimated number of items for washing
🚚 Home Pickup & Delivery
How much does delivery cost and when is it available? β–Ύ

We offer a flat rate of $40 for island-wide two-way pickup and return delivery, regardless of the number of items.

Delivery runs:

  • Run 1: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
  • Run 2: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Urgent same-day or Sunday deliveries are subject to availability and additional charges.

Please ensure someone is available to hand over or receive your item. If no one is home and you did not notify us at least 4 hours in advance, a redelivery charge of $20 per way applies for the next trip.
Is there free delivery? β–Ύ

Free two-way delivery: Complimentary island-wide pickup and return delivery for orders above $200.

Free one-way return delivery: When you drop your item off at any of our store locations for a Bright Wash, Intensive Wash, or Ultra Wash, we'll deliver it back to you at no extra charge.

The same availability policy applies β€” please ensure someone is home during your chosen return slot. A $20/way redelivery charge applies if we cannot complete delivery without prior notice.
How do I change my pickup or delivery slot? β–Ύ

WhatsApp us at +65 8686 8001 or email hello@pramwash.com at least 48 hours in advance of your original slot. A $20/way charge applies if we need to make a second pickup attempt due to no-show without prior notice.

When will my items be returned after drop-off? β–Ύ
  • Home pickup (morning): Returned within 1–4 working days, between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Dropped at VivoCity or United Square: Returned within 2–4 working days, between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
  • Dropped at TradeHub 21: Returned within 1–4 working days, between 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
βš™οΈ Wheel Cleaning
What wheel cleaning is included in each package? β–Ύ

Wheel cleaning is included from Deep Clean onwards. Here's what's covered at each tier:

For Intensive Wash and Ultra Wash, the level of wheel cleaning depends on your stroller model:

  • Strollers with wheels designed to be unscrewed (detachable): We remove the wheels, clear all hair and debris from around the axle and rim, then wipe the rims thoroughly before reattaching.
  • Strollers with fixed wheels (not designed for removal): We wipe the rims in place and trim any excess hair caught around the wheel β€” this is done on a best-effort basis without forcing the wheel fixtures.

Why does my package include "Wheel Cleaning" but wheels still have hair around them? β–Ύ

Wheel cleaning at different package tiers means different things:

  • Deep Clean, Ultimate Clean, Bright Wash β€” Wheel cleaning refers to a rim wipe-down only. Hair removal from around the axle is not part of these packages.
  • Intensive Wash / Ultra Wash β€” Enhanced wheel cleaning including hair removal is included. For strollers with wheels that cannot be safely unscrewed, we do our best to trim hair from around the wheel but cannot guarantee full removal.

If hair removal is your main concern, we recommend upgrading to an Intensive or Ultra Wash. WhatsApp us to discuss the right option for your stroller model.

βœ… Guarantee & Refunds
What guarantee do you offer, and what if I'm not satisfied? β–Ύ

All our cleaning services are backed by a 7-Day Rewash Guarantee. If you're not happy with the results, contact us via WhatsApp at +65 8686 8001 within 7 days of receiving your item. If the issue was an oversight on our part, we'll arrange a free rewash.

  • Requests made after 7 days are not eligible for a complimentary rewash, though a discounted rewash may be available depending on storage conditions.
  • Tough or aged stains, especially those previously treated with other cleaning agents, may not be fully removable. We'll always inform you beforehand and proceed only with your acknowledgment that treatment will be on a best-effort basis. Items in this category are not covered under the 7-Day Rewash Guarantee.
We cannot promise to restore gear to brand-new condition, but we guarantee you'll be impressed by how fresh and clean it looks.
What is your refund and cancellation policy? β–Ύ
  • 100% refund if you notify us at least 2 days before your scheduled drop-off or home pickup date.
  • Cancellations with less than 2 days' notice are non-refundable. However, your paid order remains valid and fully usable for 12 months from purchase.
  • Unused, partially used, or expired orders are non-refundable and cannot be extended.

Yes. We use a plant-derived, non-toxic, pH-balanced formula clinically proven to be non-irritating on babies' sensitive skin. Our solutions are gentle enough for everyday use yet effective against bacteria and stains.

What stroller and car seat brands have you cleaned before? β–Ύ

We clean all brands and models. About 90% of strollers have removable fabrics, allowing us to clean thoroughly from frame to seat. Brands we've cleaned many times include Bugaboo, Stokke, Doona, Cybex, Joie, Nuna, Maclaren, Graco, Britax, Peg Perego, Babyzen, and many more.

Can I drop off at Motherswork or other partner locations? β–Ύ

Yes β€” you can drop off your gear at selected partner locations including Motherswork (Great World City). Availability varies, so please WhatsApp us to confirm current drop-off arrangements before heading down.

When should I send my gear for cleaning? β–Ύ
  1. Before your baby arrives β€” Send gear about 2 weeks before your EDD for a fresh, bacteria-free start
  2. Every 6 months β€” Biannual cleaning maintains safe hygiene for daily use
  3. Before and after long-term storage β€” Clean before storing to remove bacteria; clean again before use after storage
  4. After accidents β€” Poo, pee, or vomit? Send it in as soon as possible β€” the quicker we treat it, the better the result
How should I prepare my gear before drop-off or pickup? β–Ύ
  1. Remove all personal items β€” Check all pockets, compartments, and baskets. We're not responsible for items left behind.
  2. Standard components only β€” Toys, extra padding, or accessories not part of the standard gear set may incur additional charges.
  3. Flag specific concerns β€” Let us know about stubborn stains, torn fabric, or areas needing extra attention when you book.
  4. Do a quick self-inspection:
    • Car seats: confirm it hasn't expired or been in an accident
    • All gear: check folding mechanisms, wheels, handles, and harnesses are functional
    • Photograph any existing dents, scratches, or cracks for your records before handing over
  5. Pack securely for pickup to prevent damage during transport.
What should I do after receiving my cleaned gear? β–Ύ

Your little one can start using the freshly cleaned gear right away!

For short-term storage (a few days): open the storage bag to let items air. Avoid keeping them sealed for too long.

For long-term storage (months or longer): air the gear for at least a week before sealing. Given Singapore's humidity, freshness fades over time β€” we recommend sending it for another wash before use after long-term storage.
